The geological park offers 10 approved tourist routes that lead pedestrians through the most impressive karst and mountain landscapes. Tourists can visit the Epuran Cave, the Comana spring and rocks, the Ponoarele Lilac Forest, the Mediterranean shrub areas in Isverna, the Borovace Forest, the Drugicanu Forest, the Ponoarele Karst Complex, the Karst Walls at the Cosustei Springs, the Cosustei River Gorges, the Babi and Koshuta Horn, Obyazden Kamak Horn, the Topolnitsa River Gorges and the Topolnitsa Cave, the Balcii Horn, the Baii Horn and the Manastirii Valley.
The celebrations of the site include the Ponoarele Lilac Festival, which takes place annually on the second Sunday of May, the Festival of Traditional Ceramics in Sisesti, the Celebration of the Topolnitsa Cave in the Ciresu Village Municipality, the Celebration of the Balta Cave, the Festival of Pans and Sarmi in Sisesti Village Municipality, the National Folklore Festival Gora, Goritsa, Hubava Elhitsa! in Baia de Arama. There are also other tourist attractions that can be visited – such as the St. Dimitar Church in the village of Negoesti, the St. Nikolay Church in Balta, scythian Topolnitsa in Izvorul Barzii Village Municipality, Polina Omir House in Sisesti, the Maria Moak Wooden House in Izvorul Barzii, the Three Wooden Mills in Ponoarele.
The most important plant species include Himantoglossum janke, Campanula serrata; animals Bufo viridis and Hyla arborea. There is a Visitor Center in Sisesti and information centers in Izvorul Barzii, Ponoarele, Obarsia Closani, and Ciresu.
